I’m still torn on the whole OpenID thing, although it’s darn handy for tying all of my Basecamp, Backpack, and Highrise accounts together. However, this is a handy tip for using your own URL for your ID while allowing you to change your OpenID provider seamlessly.

Unbelievable - John Resig (creator of jQuery) has ported the Processing language to Javascript. It currently runs best on beta browsers (Firefox 3, latest Webkit builds, etc.), but this really opens up some interesting possibilities.

Luke Wroblewski’s new book about creating web forms that don’t suck is finally out. If the dead tree version of Luke’s insight is anything like his online essays, this will probably be a must read for web designers and developers.
